Terms and Agreements for GUIDES OF WISDOM with Tamila Timm Akl

Welcome to GUIDES OF WISDOM with Tamila Timm Akl.

By accessing my website and engaging in my hypnotherapy, mediumship, coaching services, or a stay at the Buddha Haus; you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Agreement Acceptance:

By using my website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Agreements. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using my website and services.

2. Scope of Services:

GUIDES OF WISDOM with Tamila Timm Akl provides hypnotherapy, mediumship, and coaching services. All users must be at least 18 years old to engage in my services.

3. Medical Disclosures:

a. Hypnotherapy: Hypnotherapy is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment. If you have a pre-existing medical or psychological condition, consult with your healthcare provider before engaging in my hypnotherapy services.

b. Mediumship: Mediumship services are for entertainment and spiritual guidance purposes only. I do not guarantee specific outcomes or connections with particular individuals.

c. Coaching: Coaching services are designed to provide support, guidance, and encouragement for personal and professional development. They do not replace professional advice in areas such as finance, law, or mental health.

4. Business Agreement:

a. Scheduling: Sessions and Buddha Haus stays are scheduled through my website or by contacting GUIDES OF WISDOM with Tamila Timm Akl directly.

b. Payment: Sessions and Buddha Haus stays are confirmed once full payment is made. Payment for services is due in advance of scheduled sessions and Buddha Haus stays. Refunds are subject to my cancellation policy.

c. Cancellation: To cancel or reschedule a session, contact GUIDES OF WISDOM with Tamila Timm Akl at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide notice will result in a full session charge for the scheduled session. See refund policy below. 

d. Confidentiality: Information shared during sessions is confidential unless required by law or if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

5. Consent to Recordings:

By engaging in my services, you consent to the recording of sessions for quality assurance, training, or reference purposes.

6. Suicidal Ideation Disclosure:

If you are experiencing suicidal ideations, contact your local emergency services immediately. My services are not a substitute for emergency medical care.

7. Future Publications:

You acknowledge that information obtained during private sessions may be used in future publications, including books, videos, or presentations. All personal identifiers such as names and cities will not be used, and names will be changed to protect privacy.

8. Limitation of Liability:

GUIDES OF WISDOM with Tamila Timm Akl is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of my website or services.

9. Legal Compliance:

These Terms and Agreements comply with all applicable laws in all 50 states of the United States.

10. Changes to Terms and Agreements:

GUIDES OF WISDOM with Tamila Timm Akl reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms and Agreements at any time. Updated terms will be posted on my website.

BUDDHA HAUS  APARTMENT

Terms and Conditions for Renting at Buddha Haus Apartments

Please carefully read the following terms and conditions governing your stay at Buddha Haus apartments in San Pedro la Laguna. By making a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms.

1. Booking Confirmation:

   - Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of payment and is subject to availability.

2. Payment:

   - Full payment is required to secure your reservation.

   - Accepted payment methods include [list of accepted payment methods].

3. Cancellation Policy:

   - Refer to our specified refund policy for details on cancellations and applicable refunds.

4. Check-In and Check-Out:

   - Check-in time is [insert time], and check-out time is [insert time].

   - Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Occupancy:

   - The maximum number of guests per apartment is as specified in the booking.

   - Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

6. House Rules:

   - Guests are expected to adhere to house rules, including but not limited to no smoking, no parties, and no pets. BUDDHA HAUS rules will be provided upon booking and must be signed and returned to acknowledge receipt of rules, understanding and compliance. 

7. Security Deposit:

   - A security deposit will be required upon check-in. This will be refunded upon inspection of the apartment at check-out, provided no damages or violations of house rules are identified.

8. Property Maintenance:

   - Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in a clean and orderly fashion. Excessive cleaning fees may apply if the apartment is not left in an acceptable condition.

9. Damages:

   - Guests are liable for any damages to the apartment or its contents during their stay.

10. Utilities:

    - All utilities are included in the rental fee.

11. Guest Conduct:

    - Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner, taking into consideration the well-being and comfort of other residents.

12. Privacy and Security:

    - Security features, including cameras, are in place for the safety of all guests. Your privacy is respected, and footage is only reviewed in case of incidents.

13. Force Majeure:

    - Buddha Haus is not liable for any disruptions or inconveniences caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters or government regulations.

14. Contact Information:

    - Guests are required to provide accurate contact information for communication purposes and a photocopy of the picture page of your passport(s) for INGUAT. 

15. Termination of Stay:

    - Buddha Haus reserves the right to terminate a guest's stay due to violation of terms and conditions or disruptive behavior. 

By proceeding with your reservation, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. Buddha Haus reserves the right to amend these terms as necessary.
